Even more than that, it comes down to what *you* know best. I can guarantee
you that if I put together a *BSD system for you, any Linux admin worth
his/her salt could whip up a machine that would blow my *BSD box away. It's
not because BSD is worse, it's because I don't know BSD from LSD.

Use what you know and make it work well. (Okay, within certain limits.)
