I don't know sendmail from a hole in the ground, but look into qmail's
virtual domains capability, /var/qmail/users/assign, /var/qmail/users/mailnames,
/var/qmail/users/subusers, and `man qmail-pw2u`.
The short answer is very probably 'yes'.
