Well, who impose memory limits?

I redirect mail messaje to a file on .qmail, like this:
   | cat > ./messaje
then at shell execute: cat messaje | mynlyzerprogram
and all was Ok.
It can be the solution. How I can execute that command line for each
messaje that arrive to user postal???
