I receive this error message (from Outlook

I want send mail everywhere.
I have listed some domains in
rcpthosts.
But it is stupid add in rcpthosts ALL domains
in world... (.com, .edu, .org, .net, .sk, ............)
What I must type in rcpthosts (some
widcards)?
