read INSTALL.maildir
there is something like this:
- create structure ~/Maildir in every user directory with
maildirmake $HOME/Maildir
- add file .qmail with content
./Maildir/
into user's directory
and replace ./Mailbox with ./Maildir/ in /var/qmail/rc
