Have a look into /etc/syslog.conf. If there is a line with
mail.* -/some/logfile
look for the qmail-messages in that logfile. In the line similar to
*.*;mail.none;news.none -/var/log/messages
you have to remove mail.none to get the qmail-logs into
/var/log/messages.
