How do I try and check for bad RAM?

How do I check diskspace? Command "diskspace" doesn't work.

I have huge log files in qmail, and it is still not working, and I have
installed it one week ago. Can I delete those files? Why are they that huge?
(about 20 Mb)

Thank you
