I found a mini-qmail installation kit on
http://www.din.or.jp/~ushijima/mini-qmail-kit.html. Using this kit
gives me a working mini-qmail and is really painless.

After comparing the two installations I saw that it was my fault, I
put the servers name into qmqpservers, not its IP.
