Right. Well if you want all users in all domains to be synonymous,
then the way you have it is fine. All new users will likewise be
synonymous in all domains, is that what you want?

Yep. You could do it with -default files as well which would greatly
reduce number of entries you might need.
.qmail-ses1-default contains a generic "| forward" command
.qmail-des1-default contains a generic "| forward" command
.qmail-des1-swright has specific forwarding instructions and
.qmail-ses1-swright likewise has specific forwarding instructions.

Yep. You sure could. As long as:
a) they cannot get to their home and change it
b) you're prepared to do this for each new user that collides
