If you want tcpserver to only allow some hosts, you would do something like
this 
(Look at http://cr.yp.to/ucspi-tcp/tcprules.html for more info)

192.168.0.xxx:allow
192.168.0.yyy:allow
:deny

this has to be "compiled" by tcprules of course.
