message forwarding

I want to forward everything for [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Unfortunately I'm rather confused as how to do this!  I can't create a
'.qmail' file in alias because both of them would need to be .qmail-info.

How do I go about this?
