Is the issue that you can't figure out what the alias user is for?
It's for creating local email addresses that don't go to real users.
In particular you *must* handle root that way; qmail will not deliver
directly to root as a security measure (since qmail-local runs as the
user being delivered to).  Postmaster is also usually handled through
an alias, though it would be perfectly possible to create a postmaster
user instead if that worked better for your needs.

Sorry if I've misunderstood your question.  Your English is far better
than my, um; now I'm *really* embarassed; I don't even know what
language(s) are spoken in Indonesia.
