Hi,

I asked the same question a week ago and recieved the nessesary instructions
for applying the QMAILQUEUE patch, but couldn't make it work. Other people
wrote about problems with the patch, suggesting manual editing the sources
or renaming qmail-queue and coping qmail-queue-scanner executable into
qmail-queue. I prefer the second solution, which is described in the
qmail-scanner documentation, but qmail-scanner can't be compiled without the
patch. Third solution is to use AMaVis (www.qmail.org) (or other - AVP...),
but I haven't tryed it yet. The disadvantage of this is that you have to
install commercial vairus-scanner, which AMaVis will use to scan the
attachments.

I realy need anti-virus protection, so I want to know what to do to compile
qmail-scanner without QMAILQUEUE patch.

Milen
