/var/qmail/rc (yes, yes, I know you said you typed exactly correct but
please put it here anyway).
Mail SHOULD NOT be getting delivered to __./Maildir/...it appears as
if a character is out of place somewhere (ie have you used two single
apostrophes like ` ` together or ' ' together instead of a single
double apostrophe/quotation mark ie " ? This could cause the error.
