You may use something like:
(if log from tai64 to human-readable)
cat /var/log/qmail/current | tai64nlocal
it should appear something like:
2000-11-08 09:22:13.435407500 status: local 0/10 remote 0/20
You can find the tai64nlocal in the daemontools package, made by djb
