Are you using ezmlm + idx, or bare ezmlm? If bare ezmlm, my first
advice is to install the idx "patch" (VERY major enhancement).
If running idx, then use the -u and -s switches to ezmlm-make to make
it subscription-moderated and subscriber-only.
