questions about qmail

hi,    I need your help: I had success make freebsd+qmail+vpopmail, but once I want to use mysql to do user  authentication, the user that created by ./vadduser can not login on swebmail,why? It seems that sqwebmail has MySQL authentication modules, how to set up and install it? thank you very much!
