Yeah, like Plesk.

They have created a beautiful control environment for qmail (and 
bind and apache and proftpd and SSL and ...)

I set up a server and gave the keys to a friend of mine who is 
legally blind. He has 65 sites and hundreds of mailboxes working 
and never uses the command line.
