Yes, if you can't find a qmail package, just go to
http://www.sunfreeware.com and you can download
the GCC package for your Sol 8 x86 box and
you'll be ready to compile your own qmail, just
following the instructions from Dave Sill's LWQ
paper linked on www.qmail.org should get you through
it.
