In Joe's .qmail go:
| bouncesaying "Joe has gone. Try contacting him at [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
Obviously if you remove joe's home, then it'll be ~alias/.qmail-joe
that you place the bouncesaying in. There's a manpage on that command.
