I think you need a virtual account system of some kind. qmail-ldap,
vpopmail and vmailmgr come to mind - check them out on
http://www.qmail.org/
Then, you'll have
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
etc. Quota, web admin interfaces etc are also possible...
