local delivery problem

Hi there,

i'm getting this msg at my mail log:

 delivery 13: deferral:
 message_transmission_failed_(451_See_http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html.)/

i have already read it (http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html).

i'm using, fetchmail to retrieve my mail.

could any one help me please.
