Look at the header of this mail you receive from the list. You should
see something like

Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
                                 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
where you can see the e-mail address the mailing list manager thinks it
sends the mail to. The = stands for @.

In this case it would be [EMAIL PROTECTED]
