getting =?iso-8859-1?Q?=22qmail-spawn_unable_to_create_pipe._(#4.3.0)/=22?= on solaris. HELP.

Hello,

       I am using qmail on solaris with some patches includin high 
concurrency and getting this error whenever  concurrency jumps high. Any 
ideas why could that happen.
Example of the log:
