Subject: tcp.smtp file

What is the proper format for the tcp.smtp file in regards to multiple class
c networks. For example

209.168.128-143.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

Is this correct for all the networks between 209.168.128.* and 209.168.143.*
or do we need to have individual entries as follows:

216.168.128.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
216.168.129.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
etc.
etc.
