New Patch for Latest UW IMAP server

Hi,
        I have modified all the patches David Harris had to create an
uber-patch for the latest UW IMAP server. 

This means you can have a secure IMAP and POP server that does only
Maildirs, without some of the problems I have been experiencing using
Courier with clients like Eudora.
