qmail and MX

Hello!

I see strange problem with qmail:

it tries to deliver mail to the first MX only. 

I've looked at FAQ, and RTFM on qmail-remote; nothing cleared.

Before I'll dig myself into sources, tell me, is it a bug or a
feature?
