One thing you may want to check out is the qmail-mrtg project, so you
can get a graphical output of your qmail traffic, or use qmailanalog to
process your log files into your own readable format.

how many messages are sent after 1 hour of the
sending,
how many messages are sent after 2 hours of the
sending,
how many messages bounces
And all that kind of stuff ?
