that's what I like about qmail, so many programs to do just what you
need! Just need to learn them now.

You guessed right. Do I need to restart or HUP when I change these?
What's the best way to stop qmail? kill qmail-send?

I'm starting with 

        exec env - PATH="/var/qmail/bin:$PATH" \
        qmail-start '|preline procmail' splogger qmail


I've put my box on DNS, gave it a domain, and similar details...

Most recently I've been getting double bounces to @noe.noe (default host
and domain) :) will be rebooting to insure networking is right, and test
again, it's looking good.
