Would I add herdomain to rcpthosts by: 'echo "fiskrri.org"
>>/var/qmail/comtrol/rcpthosts'
and restart again?

Yes, put "herdomain.org" in rcpthosts, or mail for that domain will not
be accepted over SMTP.
