outgoing mail to be forwarded to another email

Is it possible in qmail if I want to have a copy for all the mail sent by
one of the user? example

all mails sent by the email address [EMAIL PROTECTED] will have an automatic
cc copy to [EMAIL PROTECTED]?

please help...
