AIX 3.25 install?

Hello all, We are trying to install Qmail on an AIX 3.25 server.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  We run Make setup and get this error:         ./compile install-big.c             ./compile install.c             ./load install-big fifo.o install.o auto_qmail.o \                     auto_split.o auto_uids.o strerr.a substdio.a open.a error.a \                     str.a fs.a     0706-317 ERROR: Unresolved or undefined symbols detected:                      Symbols in error (followed by references) are                      dumped to the load map.                      The -bloadmap:<filename> option will create a load map.     .fchdir     The error code from the last failed command is 8.   Any help would be appreciated.
