It is going to introduce broken behaviour into an otherwise perfect IMAP
server. And just in case you haven't noticed yet: you are *off* *topic*.
None of your problems have to do with qmail. Being incompetent and using
broken software have nothing to do with qmail. Get MS Exchange.
