Read the man page of dot-qmail. If you put in your userid this creates
a forward to itself.

For example with

.qmail:
--------------------------
&[EMAIL PROTECTED]
./Maildir/
--------------------------

This forwards the mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and stores it
in your Maildir.
