Omitting certain headers in outgoing mails?

some MUA's add headers to outgoing mails:

Netscape mail under Linux adds
Sender: real_username@host

Pine adds
X-Sender: real_username@host
which can be customized to
Sender: real_username@host

can i have qmail remove those headers in outgoing mails?
