First make a telnet from an other host within the same subnet to the host
with malefunction smtp (port 25). If you can't make a telnetsession to it,
the problem must be on the host. If there is no problem you should have a
look into your firewallconfiguration. Possible you have disabled smtp in
the rule good-dmz and/or bad-dmz. With bad I mean the connection to the
internet and good stands for your LAN.
