A simple C program that fstat's stdin (fd 0 :), checks the size, and,
if the message is too big, print a message and reject it by
return()'ing 100 (man qmail-command).
Your .qmail file would then look like (2 lines):
|sizechecker
./Maildir/
Note that a user can easily circumvent this if he can edit his .qmail
file.
