Forward a message to me and another account

Hi all.

I want that all the mail directed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] is forwarded to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Someone is my real user on the server with qmail, someone1 is my backup user.

How i can do this redirection?
