If the IP address of your Exchange SMTP server is "192.168.1.1", do
# echo ":192.168.1.1" > control/smtproutes
into smtproutes. Only start qmail-send, not qmail-smtpd (or
qmail-qmtpd or qmail-qmqpd) and your host will not be able to receive
mail from remote hosts.
