For example, beginning Aug 1 of this year, mail-abuse.org (that's the original RBL, MAPS and DUL) will begin charging for access to their DNS servers. If you don't have an account set-up with them before then, you will lose access to them. orbl.org seems to a popular replacement for orbs.org and MAPS. jon
