You don't need to put the mail domain in rctphosts.  Just make sure your
tcp.smtp is correct (i.e. tcp.smtp.cdb as well).  According to what you
have in tcp.smtp, the machine's ip has to be 192.168.1.x in order to use
your qmail server to send email out.
