Good for you.
You just contributed to the crap, btw.

Wow. getting off the list is soooo hard.
Amazingly enough I managed to do it on my first attempt when I had to unsubscribe one
address and subscribe another.
Sending an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (listed at qmail.org) and following the
instructions wasn't all that hard.

Right, Charles has probably helped more people here than anyone else but I guess that
doesnt amount to much eh?
People usually get flamed because they're asking stupid questions or questions that
has been answered a million times before.
I dont think it is unreasonable to expect people to read the goddamn manuals and
available documents before asking questions.
There is no shortage of information and pointers to documents at qmail.org and if that
should fail there's always Google et al.
Fact is, however, that all too many people are too lazy, stupid, unskilled etc to
bother with this simple tasks. instead of doing the minimal amount of homework asked
for they decide to take the easy way and just let someone alse do their work for them.
Gotta love the dumbing-down of the IT industry...
I for one find this list very usefull mainly *because* it doesnt bother with
answering the same damn questions over and over again.
I sure as hell dont know it all but I do respect those that know more than me and I
fully understand that it is very anoying to answer a question only seeing it being
asked again the next day.
Yes, this work is indeed hard enough and it is NOT helped by people unwilling to
learn, read and think.

Whatever.
