The file is virtualdomains, not virtualhosts, and the format is wrong
for rcpthosts.  `man qmail-send` and `man qmail-smtpd` for the correct
formats.

The included rc scripts are pre-daemontools.  djb's online documentation
is more up-to-date, and Dave Sill's "Life with qmail" covers it even
better.

You're not using daemontools to log?  You might want to switch; splogger
has problems sometimes.
