As he stated in his original post he traps mails to unknown users.
To make double bounces go away I did:
$ echo 'doublebounceto' > /var/qmail/control/doublebounceto
$ echo '#' > ~alias/.qmail-doublebounceto
$ chmod 644 ~alias/.qmail-doublebounceto
$ chown alias:qmail ~alias/.qmail-doublebounceto
\Maex
