hello:
i attempted to subscribe to the ipchains mailing list with the user of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
in the qmail/user/assign, i have
=ipchains:best:500:500:/home/best:-::
+ipchains-:best:500:500:/home/best:-::
after adding the lines, i ran qmail-newu
then i added the files qmail/alias/.qmail-atoka-ipchains and
qmail/alias/.qmail-ipchains with the single line of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
which is the client and machine receiving the mail.
then i added to /etc/aliases
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]
ipchains:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and ran newaliases
finally, i stopped and restarted qmail.
and as a test, i sent a mail to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] from an
external machine. everything worked. so i subscribed, received the normal
handshake mail, replied to that, and rested easy thinking all went well.
bo noooo. i got a mail from the postmaster at ipchains saying there is a bad
mail loop created when mail goes my way. here is the header he sent me.

on thing i have noticed is i cannot do a nslookup on east.balius.com or
balius.com. is this a problem???? or do i have some other obvious to everone
but me problem???
