ORBS did not list hosts in the input/output lists based on false
positives.  You had to be shown to actually be a source of spam to end
up in those lists.  ORBZ, as I understand it, has similar policies.

ORBS/ORBZ/ORDB/etc have policies on how to be removed from their lists
-- in general, you contact them and request testing again.  If they
can't relay through your servers, they get removed from the lists.

Do you really want to relay for a public class B network, and 17 public
class C networks, plus your internal 10. and 172.16-20 networks?
Are you _sure_ there are no spammers or outsiders in those networks?

But this looks okay.  Are those all your domains?
