qmail and ucspi/daemontools with CourierIMAP

Hi,

I am using qmail with ucspi/daemontools and
CourierIMAP.  Does anyone have a patch that allows
courierimap to be started with daemontools/ucspi.. The
supplied startup is the regular init.d rc script.

I would be more than happy to RTFM if someone can
point me to the M.
