Mail sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will have a empty EXT. Then again, mail sent
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will have EXT=ext, and the mail would then be
delivered to [EMAIL PROTECTED] 

There is no obvius env variable telling this is a mail delivered to a
virtualdomain user and that mail is delivered to a localdomain user.
