The "other" envelope recipient(s) are not set anywhere useful, but
$SENDER is still available to a filter script called from the
appropriate .qmail file.

QUEUE_EXTRA does exactly what it claims to do. If other people instead
think that it will slice bread, clear up their acne, and get them a more
attractive mate, there's little you can do about that.
