This won't help you. By setting it to world-writable, you've violated
the default conf-patrn, and qmail wouldn't refuse to deliver to it
anyway -- but it would log a different error message.

What is the output of the following command?

  ls -ld / /usr /usr/local /usr/local/vpopmail \
  /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/ /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/mac3.com.br \
  /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/mac3.com/br/eksffa \
  /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/mac3.com/br/eksffa/Maildir \
  /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/mac3.com/br/eksffa/Maildir/*
